At Aladdin Decor, we collect only the information we need to process your orders and improve your experience: name, shipping address, email, phone number, and payment details. We never share your personal data with third parties except our courier partner (Leopardd) for delivery, or with our in-house marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp) if you opt in to promotional emails.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time—just email us at privacy@aladdindecor.pk. We retain order records for up to 2 years for warranty and legal purposes. This policy is effective as of June 24, 2025, and we will notify you of any material changes via email or our website banner.
Changed your mind? We offer exchanges only (no cash refunds) within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the exact condition you received them. Customized or made-to-order metal art pieces are final sale.
If an item arrives damaged, you must report it within 2 days of receipt (take a photo and email us at support@aladdindecor.pk). We’ll arrange a free return pickup, inspect the piece in our CNC workshop, and—if confirmed damaged in transit—either send you a replacement or issue a refund within 1 business day of inspection.
We hand-craft all metal wall arts, clocks, household problem-solvers, and mixed-material home décor in our Lahore facility. Standard orders within Pakistan ship via Leopardd in 3–5 working days; Lahore customers enjoy same-day dispatch on small orders, and adjacent cities get 1–2-day express service.
For bulk or B2B shipments to the UAE, Qatar, or Saudi Arabia, please contact our export team at export@aladdindecor.pk. All packages include tracking numbers. International bulk orders typically dispatch within 7–10 business days from order confirmation.
